The Islamic Society of North America and the HHS Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships invite you to attend a webinar and conference call on the health care law. The deadline for enrolling in health insurance in the Health Insurance Marketplace is approaching quickly on March 31, and it’s important that you know and understand how this impacts you and your loved ones. The speakers joining us for the webinar and conference call are:

  • Dr. Sayyid M. Syeed, National Director, ISNA’s Office of Interfaith and Community Alliances
  • Rumana A. Ahmed, Office of Public Engagement, The White House
  • Khadija Gurnah, American Muslim Health Professionals
  • Acacia Salatti, Acting Director, HHS Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnership

Special guest speaker Dr. Sayyid Syeed, will discuss the importance of health among Muslim families and communities, and enrolling in the Health Insurance Marketplace. Representatives from the White House, the American Muslim Health Professionals and the HHS Partnership Center will provide information on the health care law, how to enroll in health insurance and resources to share with others. You will also have the opportunity to take part in a question and answer session at the end of the webinar.

After registering you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing information about joining the webinar.
