• Mission is to provide comprehensive healthcare, educational, and social services to individuals and families, including medically underserved populations.
• Every patient will have to pay a token fee of $5 to be seen at the clinic. Additional amount charged for lab tests.
• Patients will only be seen by appointment over the phone.
• Services only available to individuals who do not have health insurance, TennCare, Medicare and Medicaid.
